Fresh Connect is an online marketplace that connects you directly with local farmers and food producers. You can browse, order, and either pick up your products or have them delivered, depending on the seller’s options.

Simply create an account, add products to your cart, and check out. You’ll see available shipping, delivery, or pickup options at checkout.

All products come directly from verified local farmers and producers. We work only with trusted sellers who meet food safety and quality standards.

Not all products are certified organic. Each listing will specify if the farm is organic, non-GMO, or uses other sustainable practices.

Contact the seller within 24 hours through our platform. If the issue isn’t resolved, Fresh Connect’s support team can step in to assist with refunds or credits.

Delivery areas depend on the seller. Some offer local delivery, others shipping by courier, and many offer farm or market pickup. You’ll see options available for your location at checkout.

For Sellers

Create a seller account, provide your business information, upload required licenses (if applicable), and start listing your products. Our team reviews and approves sellers before they go live.

You can sell farm-fresh produce, dairy, eggs, meat, honey, baked goods, plants, and other locally produced food items. Prohibited items include unsafe, unlicensed, or restricted foods (such as raw milk in states where it’s not legal).

Payments are processed securely through Fresh Connect. Funds are transferred to your account after the order is confirmed as delivered or picked up, minus a small platform fee.

You control your own prices. Fresh Connect does not dictate pricing, though we may suggest competitive ranges to help you sell more effectively.

If you offer shipping, you’ll enter package weight and dimensions. Fresh Connect calculates shipping costs for buyers at checkout using integrated courier rates.
